We have a full transparency approach to building works when it comes to invoicing, detailing every aspect of it. The first question we often receive is whether we can quote for a potential job, as clients want to ensure their construction projects fit their budgets. However, we do not provide fixed quotes for competitive tenders, believing they lack the price certainty needed for accurate budgeting.
Instead, we offer estimates based on our experience, using a Cost Plus valuation model tailored to our business. This transparent and easy-to-understand system allows us to update budgets with each valuation, keeping clients informed and avoiding “unexpected” costs at project completion.
We charge a 15% margin to cover overheads and profit, and we believe that an Open Book cost model, combined with efficient management and quality materials, is the best approach. This method allows for quick project initiation while our strong supplier relationships enable us to source materials at competitive rates, passing 100% of the savings directly to our clients with copies of receipts and invoices.

Sandra Blanco, having been living in London since 2009, has always believed that a healthy environment creates a healthy life. In 2020 she focused on making her own home work for her, turning it into a haven of wellness, realising how profoundly this transformed her life including her relationships with those around her. This inspired her to help others bring harmony into their spaces. After a career in Marketing and 10 years in entrepreneurship in the wedding & fashion industry, this path ultimately lead her to the founding of SB Management two years ago.
Sandra’s holistic approach includes updating property features, renovations, hotel developments & investment, working with the latest wellness innovation brands, ensuring maintenance excellence, transparency, reliability and fostering thriving communities. She has added value to every property she’s worked on by combining feng shui, Ikigai principles, thoughtful design, and a commitment to selecting the right tenants for the right communities. Her motto is “Make your space work for you”.
Sandra also created the SB Community Hub to connect entrepreneurs, tenants, and landlords, believing that real-life interactions create more harmonious communities.
